Iris Biotech is specialized in chemical tools for peptide synthesis, polymers for drug delivery, and reagents for life science research. The most modern focus of our activities are specific linkers and payloads for antibody-drug conjugation. Protected amino acids, coupling reagents, linkers and resins for solid phase chemistry, natural & unusual amino acids as building blocks used in peptide synthesis, peptidomimetic and medicinal chemistry. We carry out research on novel chemistry and innovative products in these fields.
Technologies for Drug Delivery
With approx. 1500 different polymer carriers we provide the widest portfolio for drug delivery technologies used in polymer therapeutics for small API molecules, as well as for large biopharmaceuticals for latest state-of-the-art application areas like combination therapy and personalized medicine.
PEGylating reagents ranges from short monodisperse to long polydisperse poly(ethylene glycol) derivatives.
Poly(amino acids) like homopolymers of Arginine, Glutamic acid, Ornithine, and Sarcosine, are modern drug carrier systems providing the advantages of polymer therapeutics also to small drug molecules.
PASylation is a modern technology, in order to improve the pharmacokinetic properties of biopharmaceuticals produced by recombinant techniques.
