PolyQuant provides products, services and supporting bioinformatics for proteomics projects (exploratory studies, targeted proteomics, absolute protein quantification, biomarker research and validation, MS-based in vitro diagnostics, protein analytics, quality control, calibration and standardization).

Core Technologies and Services

Our proprietary QconCAT technology allows multiplex absolute quantification of tens to several hundreds of proteins in a single mass spectrometry experiment, making it ideally suited for biomarker research and validation, drug discovery, toxicity evaluation and quality control of biologically derived pharmaceuticals or biosimilars.

Based on our profound expertise, PolyQuant provides QconCATs for individual research projects and offers full service for quantification of biological and clinical samples and support starting from analysis of a quantification problem, planning of experiments to the execution and data analysis.

PolyQuant also provides QconCAT-based calibration standards for proteomics and reference standards for mass spectrometry-based diagnostics.

Patent, Licenses, Co-operations

The patented QconCAT technology is owned by PolyQuant. PolyQuant is offering patented calibration standards QCAL and RePLiCal and is developing further products and technologies for which patent protection will be applied. PolyQuant cooperates with universities, research institutions and industrial partners worldwide.

Distribution

Distribution of products and services is performed directly by PolyQuant. A strong emphasis is placed on the direct communication with clients, both on a managerial and technical level.
